根据产品结构模型中各模块内部零部件之间联系的强度以及模块之间联系的强度,对产品结构设计结构矩阵模型的联系信息流量进行了定义,给出了联系信息流量的计算方法。为解决产品结构模块化划分工作量大等问题,将遗传算法原理引入到产品结构模块化划分中,给出一种遗传算法原理和产品结构设计结构矩阵模型模块化方法相结合的算法。在算法设计中,根据行列零件在产品结构设计结构矩阵模型中所属模块的情况,设计了产品结构设计结构矩阵模型的二维编码方法;以行列零件集合的叉乘运算和模块之间的联系矩阵为基础,开发了产品结构设计结构矩阵模型在遗传算法中联系信息流量的计算方法;在二维编码的基础上给出二维一点交叉方法和二维基本变异方法;实现了产品结构设计结构矩阵模型的智能模块化运算。通过一个工程实例验证了算法的可行性。
According to relation intensity among internal module components and relation intensity cross modules,relation information flow of Design Structure Matrix(DSM)was model defined.and calculation method for relation information flow was provided.To solve the problem of heavy workload in peoduct architecture's modular division,genetic algorithm was introduced into modular division.An improved algorithm by integrating genetic algorithm principles with modular method of product architecture DSM model was proposed.According to string component which was belonged to product architecture DSM model,the 2D coding method for product architecture DSM model was presented.On the basis of cross-multiplication between element sets and relation matrix between modules,the relation information flow's calculation method for design structure matrix model of product architecture in genetic algorithm was developed.The 2D one-point crossover and 2D basic mutation were introduced based on 2D coding method,therefore the intelligent modular calculation for product architecture was realized.The feasibility of the method was validated by an engineering example.
