纵、扭模态的频率一致性是纵扭型超声电机设计中最基本的要求,设计中需对定子的设计方案进行多次的修改和计算。用“试凑”法时整个设计工作繁琐、低效且结果不理想。为此,该文给出了一种利用ANSYS分析软件对电机进行优化设计的方法。整个优化过程是在APDL语言编写的优化程序控制下自动进行。结果表明,该优化设计方法能很好地使电机的定子结构满足纵、扭频率之差小于100 Hz的要求,且计算效率提高。
The consistency of longitudinal and torsional mode frequency is a basic demand of design of ultrasonic motor (USM)using longitudinal and torsional vibration modes. In order to meet this demand, the design scheme of USM's stator must be calculated and modify time after time. For the reason, a method of optimal design based on ANSYS is given in this paper. According to this method, we have obtain error between longitudinal and torsional modal frequencies less than 100 Hz and the efficiency of the design for the USM's stator is improved markedly.
