提出并研制了一种具有高转速的新型非接触超声电机。建立了电机的驱动分析模型,仿真获得了输出力矩的特性。实验测试了样机定子的振动特性、电机转速和堵转力矩。其最高转速达到6031r/min,堵转力矩为3.5mg·m。研究结果表明,理论分析和试验结果较吻合。
In this paper, a new type non-contact ultrasonic motor with higher revolution speed is proposed and made. A driving analysis model of this type non-contact ultrasonic motor is constructed, and the characteristics of the motor is obtained through analysis of the drive force using the theory of acoustic streaming. Furthermore, using the laser doppler vibrometer (LDV), the vibration characteristics of the prototype's stator is measured. The max revolution is 5 300 r/min, and the max torque is 3.5 mg · m. The theoretical results accord with experimental ones well, which shows that the theoretical method is valid.
