自编了计算纵扭超声波电动机的驱动接触模型的有限元分析软件,该软件使用二维轴对称结构压电耦合有限单元,能够进行定子的模态和谐响应分析,以及定、转子接触过程(瞬态到稳态)分析。最后分析计算了直径32mm纵扭超声波电动机的振动模态、谐响应和输出特性,得到力矩-负载、转速-负载、力矩-转速曲线,计算结果与实验结果十分吻合。
Based on the finite element analysis principle, the driven model, harmonic and transient contact process analyses of the hybrid ultrasonic motor (USM) have been simulated numerically by the self - developing FEA software. This software utilizes a piezoelectric couple - field analysis, considering axisymmetric topology and parameters of this kind of USM to simplify the modal magnificently. The characteristics of a hybrid USM prototype with 32mm in diameter developed are calculated. The results coincide with experiments well.
