通过对行波型超声电机定子电学特性的描述,分析了其电学特点以及对功率驱动的要求,探讨了其在不同工作频带和驱动方式下所具有的特点。在实验研究中,设计了相关实验方案,研究了定子在不同驱动方式下所具有的振动响应、电学性能以及相对的振动效果。最后,根据理论分析和研究结果,提出了超声电机驱动方式选择的最优原则。
According to the description for electronic characterization of stator of traveling wave ultrasonic motor, the requirements of power drive are analyzed, and its characteristics, based on different frequency bands and different driving modes, are discussed in detail. Some experiments are designed to study on the stator response performance, electronic characteristics and its vibration effect based on different driving modes. At last, a criterion of selecting optimal drive modes is put forward.
