针对超声电机定子在设计过程中的模态混叠现象,从定子的灵敏度分析出发,利用有限元法,计算出旋转型行波超声电机定子的模态频率对各结构参数的灵敏度,寻找出分离超声电机定子工作模态与非工作模态的一般方法。文中以南京航空航天大学超声电机研究中心研制的某TRUM-60旋转型行波超声电机为例,对其工作模态与非工作模态进行了分离,计算结果表明,该文提出的方法能很好的把工作模态与非工作模态分开。试验也证明该办法是行之有效的。
In order to solve the problem of the intermixture of different modals of the ultrasonic motor stator, the modal frequency sensitivities of stator to the structure parameters were computed by infinite element method. The general method of separating working mode from non-working mode was found. The computing results of the TRUM-60 stator made in Ultrasonic Motor Research Center of Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronotics indicated the way can work well, and the method was valid by the test.
