应用聚丙烯酸盐热解还原法制备IJiFePO4/C材料.XRD和SEM分析,该材料具有橄榄石结构,结晶程度高,粒度分布均匀,粒径约100nm.恒流充放电实验表明,该材料放电容量为138mAh/g,循环性能良好.证实聚丙烯酸盐热解还原法是一种制备LiFePO4材料的新型实用方法.
The cathode material of olivine LiFePO4 was prepared by a novel method of polyacrylate- pyrolysisreduction. XRD demonstrates that the material have the olivine structure. SEM photo shows an average particlesize of about 100 nm with a well distribution. Electrochemical test of cycling at a constant current reveals the discharge capacity of 138 mAh/g and a good cycling stability. It is a novel practicable technology to prepare LiFePO4 by using polyacrylate-pyrolysis-reducfion method.
