为了提高锂离子电池的热稳定性,采用掺杂无机阻燃剂聚磷酸铵的方法对中间相碳微球(MCMB)极片进行处理。结果表明,由于聚磷酸铵受热生成非挥发性磷氧化物及聚磷酸对极片表面进行覆盖,减少活性物质与电解液的接触;并且聚磷酸铵有利于形成结构稳定的SEI膜,因此可以有效地提高锂离子电池的热稳定性。同时稳定的SEI膜又能有效制约溶剂的嵌入和碳微球的脱落,减小形成SEI膜时所引起的不可逆容量,从而提高电池的充放电比容量。
Mesocarbon Microbeads anode doped with the inorganic flame retardant reagent ammonium polyphosphate(APP)was used to improve the thermal stability of the Li-ion batteries. The results indicated that APP could engender nonvolatile phosphorus-oxides and polyphosphate which cover the surface of anode at high temperature. APP is also helpful for the formation of SEI films with stable structures. Thus, the thermal stability of Li-ion batteries can be effectively improved. In addition, the stable SEI films have a good control over solvent infiltration and graphite peeling, reduce the irreversible capacity that caused by their formations. Therefore, the specific capacity of the battery can be increased.
