采用阴极电解沉积法成功制备了可用于薄膜锂离子电池的NiO薄膜电极,并对其进行了表征,测试了其电化学性能。研究表明,在溶液浓度为0.05mol/L,温度为80℃,电流密度为0.3mA/cm^2条件下沉积1h,并经过热处理制备的NiO薄膜电极属立方结构,首次放电容量达到928mAh/g,在78μA/cm^2的电流密度下循环10次后仍保持702mAh/g,表现出良好的电化学性能。
Nickel oxide (NiO) thin film is prepared by electrodeposition with a subsequent thermal treatment. The crystal structure and surface morphology of the thin film is characterized by XRD and SEM. The electrochemical performance of thin film electrode is tested. The results show that, the NiO thin film electrode has typical eubic structure, which is fabricated at 0. 05mol/L, 80℃, 0. 3mA/cm^2 for an hour and then heat treated. The first diseharge capacity reaches 928mAh/g, and after 10 eyeles at the current of 78μA/cm^2 , the capacity still remain 702mAh/g, which shows good electrochemical performance.
