镍氢动力电池在充放电过程中,由于正极膨胀变形、负极氧化粉化、电解液分解及隔膜严重脱水等原因,造成其容量迅速衰减而导致电池失效。在介绍镍氢动力电池及其相关材料失效机理的基础上,综述了国内外镍氢电池回收与再生处理的方法与概况,并对镍氢电池的低成本化及回收再生提出了研究方向。
The capacity of nickel metal hydride batteries decreased rapidly during charge/discharge process. The major cause leading to the failure of battery has been demonstrated to be the expansion of positive electrode,oxidation and pulverization of alloy, decomposition of electrolyte and dehydration of separator. The updated process on recycling and reusing of spent nickel metal hydride batteries are reviewed basis of the degradation analysis involved. The aim of the paper is to find out a simple and feasible way to reuse spent nickel metal hydride batteries.
