In today＇s era, the impact of networking and informatization, the lack of funds and the obsolescence of management system make China＇ s university libraries face the existence crisis of different levels. In order to solve these crises, must increase the funds, improve the environment, promote the information consultation work and the sci-tech novelty retrieval service, attach importance to library talent team construction, strengthen the management of librarians and readers, and carry out various activities to attract readers, etc., thus keeping up with the changes of the times and seeking the better development of the library.
