The ideological and political theory course teachers＇ personality charm has a great significance to improve the good personality of students and the quality and effect of the ideological and political theory course.In recent years,the research of the ideological and political theory course teachers＇ personality charm has made abundant achievements,but there are also shortcomings.For example the definition of the core concepts is not clear,the study on the ideological and political theory course teachers＇ charm and personality charm and teaching charm is almost no much difference;Theoretical research is not deep,level is not high;The lack of macro research,empirical research,operational research etc..This paper has combed,summarized and evaluated the existing related research achievements,to promote the healthy development of the related research.
