采用调查法、实验法、数理统计法,对翻转课堂教学模式引入体育保健课程进行分析、判断。研究发现:实验组的考核评价结果与对照组相比有更显著的提高,说明翻转课堂教学模式能有效提高学生理论知识水平、实践技能和应用能力。
Literature searching, survey, experimental and mathematical statistics methods are adopted during the study to analyze the flipped classroom used in sports health courses. Research results show that: The evaluation results of the experimental group is more significantly increased compared with the control group, which verified that the flipped classroom teaching mode can improve the students' level of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and application ability.
