The division between subject and object of ideological and political education reflects the unity of absoluteness and relativity. In the ideological and political education, the conflict and cooperation relationship between subject and object are originated from the demand problem of ideological and political education, which reflects the basic contradiction of ideological and political education, and has a characteristic of the long-term, complexity, influence and controllability. In the new situation, understanding and grasping the conflict and cooperation relationship between subject and object of ideological and political education is the key to further improving the work of ideological and political education.
