对日益增长的矿冶废旧零部件进行剩余寿命预测是对其再制造循环利用的前提和基础。为了准确预测矿冶废旧零部件再制造剩余寿命,首先选取矿冶废旧零部件油液光谱分析数据作为其寿命特征信息,针对实际油液采样间隔不等距的处理难题,采用非等间距数列处理方法,运用非等间距加权灰色线性组合模型对矿冶废旧零部件再制造剩余寿命进行预测。最后通过对某型凿岩台车液压泵齿轮的实例分析,表明该方法简单、实用、具有较高预测精度,可以在矿冶废旧零部件剩余寿命预测中推广。
Theresidual life prediction for the growing mining'waste partsis the premise of the remanufacturing recycling. To accurately predict the miningwaste parts remanufacturing residual life, first of all, spectroscopic analysis data of oil is selected as life characteristic information of miningwaste parts.ln view of the actual oil sampling interval is not equidistantproblem.Using the spacing sequence processing method, the non-equidistant gray-linear regression combined model is established to predictthe miningwaste parts remanufacturing residual life. Finally through the example analysis of the gear in a jumbo hydraulic pump, showing that the method is simple and practical, hacing high prediction accuracy, and being able to promote in the mining and metallurgy waste pacts remaining life prediction.
