废旧矿冶零部件正成为全世界增长最快的废弃物,对其分类评估决策是再制造循环利用的前提和基础。根据废旧零部件灰尘多、腐蚀大、磨损快的特殊工况可靠性阈值及再制造经济性,建立典型矿冶废旧零部件剩余寿命的预测模型,通过构建基于霍尔三维结构的再制造评估方法,可以为企业废旧零部件残余寿命准确预测与再制造性评估决策提供一种新的解决途径。以电动轮自卸车曲轴为例,验证了上述方法的可行性。
Mining Waste Parts are becoming the world's fastest growing components of the waste; the classification and estimation are the basis of remanufacturing recycling. According to the reliability threshold and remanufacturing economy in the special conditions of dusty,corrosion and fast wear,the typical mining waste parts remaining life prediction model is established; by building remanufacturing estimation method based on three dimensional structure of the Hall,a new solution for enterprise to accurately predict the residual life of waste parts and the remanufacturing decision making are provided. The crankshaft of the electric wheel dump truck is taken as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the idea.
