针对多响应柔顺机构设计中既要保证机构性能的精度又要降低其制造成本的问题,以3自由度的柔顺并联细胞注射微动平台为研究对象,提出一种考虑质量损失模型的多响应容差设计方法来对具有复杂多响应问题的柔顺机构进行容差设计。该方法通过建立复杂产品的质量损失模型来表征复杂多响应柔顺机构的质量损失并引入田口方法的思想对其进行容差设计,利用熵权理论确定柔顺机构各方向柔度的重要程度和方差分析方法确定各设计变量波动对柔顺机构各方向柔度稳健性的重要程度,在已确定各设计参数最佳组合的前提下,通过综合考虑复杂多响应柔顺机构的质量水平和制造成本来确定各个设计参数的容差,从而完成对具有复杂质量结构的多响应柔顺机构的容差设计,为多响应柔顺机构的容差设计提供一种新的设计思路。
Aiming at the problem of ensuring mechanism performance and reducing the production cost in the design of multiple response of compliant mechanism, a tolerance design method of multiple response based on quality loss was proposed for the tolerance design of multiple response of compliant mechanism and the cell injection 3 -RRR compliant parallel micromotion stage was used as the research object. The method established the quality loss model to represent the quality characteristics of multiple response of compliant mechanism and Taguchi~s tolerance design philosophy was introduced to the tolerance design of it. Using entropy weight theory to determine the degree of importance of the different direction of flexibility of compliant mechanism and the ANOVA was used to determine the degree of importance of design variables' variation to the robustness of the different direction of flexibility of compliant mechanism The tolerances of various paramenters under the best parameter combination program was determined when both manufacturing cost and quality level were considered. Thus tolerance design of multiple response of compliant mechanism was finished. It provided a new thought of design to the tolerance design of multiple response of compliant mechanism.
