针对微位移放大特性难以实现的工程问题,将田口方法融合到柔顺机构微位移结构优化过程中,使微位移实现最大化的目标。筛选出柔顺机构输出位移的相关参数,对各参数进行分析得到输出微位移函数表达式,设计正交试验表,利用函数关系将各组合参数对应的输出微位移列于表中,通过信噪比分析和容差设计确定最优参数组合。结果表明,柔性铰链的宽度、柔性梁的长度、刚性梁的长度和机构的厚度对输出位移影响程度逐渐减小。优化结果表明输出微位移提高了390.56μm。
Aiming at that the engineering problem of micro-displacement amplifier is difficult to realize in the compliant mechanisms,to realize the maximizing of micro-displacement,the Taguchi methodis introduced tooptimizationdesign of its structural. The relative parameters of compliant mechanisms output displacement are obtained, The functional expression of output displacement was achieved by analyzing the parameters,designing orthogonal test table on this basis ,using functional to calculate outputmicro displacement,and the results are shown in table.Through the analysis of the signal to noise ratio and tolerance design,the optimum parametercombinationis ascertained.The results showthat the impact of width of flexure hinge, length of flexible beams, length of rigid beam and thickness of mechanism on output displacement diminishes in turn. The optimization results indicatethat output micro-displacement increases by 390.56μm.
