针对柔性铰链在工作时因受到弹性形变、变载荷、材料老化等复杂因素影响下其固有频率往往存在不稳定、退化的实践难题,引入田口方法与稳健优化设计系统方法,通过对椭圆形柔性铰链的频率特性分析,找出了影响椭圆形柔性铰链固有频率的可控因子以及噪声因子,对椭圆形铰链采用田口稳健优化设计,揭示长轴半径等各个设计决策变量对固有频率稳定性的影响规律,从而探寻最优参数匹配的设计方案,为防止柔顺机构固有频率退化难题提供一种新的解决途径.实例表明新方法性噪比提高了21.9dB,实现了稳定性优化的目标,验证了该方法的有效性.
For the practical problems of flexible hinge when working such as its inherent frequency is often unstable degradated by elastic deformation,variable load,material aging under the influence of complex factors,it introduces taguchi method with robust optimization design system,by analyzing the frequency characteristics of elliptical flexure hinge,finding out the influence the natural frequency of the elliptical flexure hinge controllable factors and noise factors,and using taguchi robust optimization design to the oval hinge,reveallingregularity of influence of long axis radius of each design decision variables on the stability of natural frequency,such to search for the optimal design of parameter matching,Iin order to prevent the natural frequency of compliant mechanisms degradation problem,IT provides a new solution.Examples show that the new method sex ratioincreases 21.9dB,and the stability optimization is realized.
