针对柔性铰链在变动载荷下的微变形稳健性难以控制的问题,将田口方法与有限元仿真技术相结合应用到柔顺机构领域,选取倒圆角直梁型柔性铰链为例,进行田口参数设计,取铰链最小厚度、直梁长度、倒圆角半径及铰链高度作为可控因子,每个因子取三个水平。在变动载荷步长变动情形下,采用有限元技术得到仿真数据,进行方差及贡献度分析,得出四个可控因子对铰链微变形稳健性的影响顺序及最小厚度对铰链微变形稳健性影响最大等结论。进行确认试验将最优参数组合、传统优化设计结果与初始参数组合的微变形及信噪比对比。最后针对变动载荷不同步长的多种情形进行试验、分析及对比,得出不同情形下的最优设计方案,为铰链结构设计提供一定的指导作用。
In view of that the micro-deformation under variable loading flexible hinge robustness is hard to control the problem, Taguchi method is improved to the field of compliant mechanisms. According to that hinge structure parameters on the micro deformation of robustness is different, Taguchi experiment design takes minimum thickness, straight beam hinge length, fillet radius and height as controllable factors, each factor at three levels. And through the hinge structure parameters on the micro deformation of robustness analysis and contribution analysis, it draws four controllable factors impact on the hinge micro deformation and robustness of the order. Finally, it is not synchronized based on dynamic loads, long a variety of test, analysis and comparison, which is concluded that different situations of the optimal design combination, whieh fully proves the validity and rationality of improved Taguchi method.
