对来自我国不同地区的柔膜菌科真菌进行了分类研究,发现3个新种(新疆绿胶杯菌、多隔拟散胞盘菌、河南新胶鼓菌)和1个新变种(落叶松芽孢盘菌小囊变种)以及3个未命名种,分别属于绿散胞盘菌属(Chlorencoelia sp.8357)、斯特罗盘菌属(Strossmayeria sp.1683)和丝绒盘菌属(Velutarina sp.4115),报道2个中国新记录种(卷边盘菌、泪滴暗被盘菌)。对上述分类群进行了详细的形态解剖学描述和图解,对新分类群与相近种的区别进行了讨论。
Helotiaceae collections from China were studied and three new species, Chloroscypha xinjiangensis, Encoeliopsis multiseptata and Neobulgaria henanensis, a new variety, Tympanis laricina var. parviascigera, and two new Chinese records, Ascocalyx abietis and Crumenulopsis lacrimiformis, are described and illustrated. Three other fungi new to Helotiaceae are also described and illustrated to show species diversity of the groups, which belong to Chlorencoelia, Strossmayeria and Velutarina and remain un-named due to materials too scanty to serve as a type. Chloroscypha xinjiangensis is characterized by apothecia cupulate to somewhat turbinate, 0.2-0.3mm in diam.; asci 8-spored, J- in Melzer's reagent, 47-57×9-13μm; ascospores ellipsoid to broad ellipsoid, 9-13×6-7.5μm. Encoeliopsis multiseptata is featured by apothecia discoid to somewhat urceolate, 1-1.5mm in diam.; asci 8-spored, J-, 105-120×14.5-18.5μm; and ascospores long fusiform, multiseptate, 29-55×5.8-7.5μm. Neobulgaria henanensis possesses shallow discoid, flat to somewhat convex apothecia which are 1-3.5mm in diam.; clavate to cylindric asci which are 8-spored, J+, and 64-73×5-6μm, and ellipsoid, nonseptate ascospores 5.5-7.5×2.5-4μm.
