为明确食叶害虫对林木幼苗生长和叶绿素含量的影响,以山乌桕1年生苗木为试材,用人工剪叶模拟虫害的方法进行失叶处理,开展了不同失叶程度下山乌桕幼苗生理和生长形态指标的测定、比较和分析。结果表明:不同程度的失叶率对山乌桕苗木生长形态的影响显著,苗高随着失叶程度的增加而先增加后降低,地径和全株叶面积随着失叶程度的增加而总体降低,叶长、叶宽和单叶面积随失叶程度的增加也增加;不同程度失叶处理的山乌桕苗木与CK植株之间生物量差异显著,而各失叶处理间植株生物量差异不显著;叶绿素含量中,叶绿素a的含量要显著高于叶绿素b的含量,各失叶处理山乌桕的叶绿素含量均有不同程度的升高。研究结果可为准确评估食叶害虫不同危害程度对山乌桕林生长影响、森林灾害评估和病虫害控制提供依据。
