传统针刺手法治疗椎间盘突出症取得了不少成绩,虽然治疗手法多样但均谨守病机,也体现了内容丰富的传统针刺手法在临床应用中的优势及重要性。目前仍存在着观察样本少,科研设计不严谨,缺乏客观的疗效判定指标,针刺手法缺乏量化标准等问题,希望通过大样本的临床观察,制定客观的疗效判定标准,可量化的针刺操作手法,加强对腰椎间盘突出症的针刺手法研究。

This article adopts literature method,reviews the progress on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated with traditional acupuncture manipulations in the past ten years. According to origin,there are acupuncture manipulation in The Inner Classic,acupuncture manipulation in The Great Compendium of acupuncture and Moxibustion,and the others,with their own characteristics and clinical curative effects. A great deal of achievements have been made,though with diverse methods,pathogenesis is paid attention to,which shows the clinical advantages and importance of rich traditional acupuncture manipulations.
