中国高等院校的行政管理架构和管理体制经过几十年的发展已经在借鉴国际先进模式和经验方面取得了长足的进步,但在现代管理理念和管理架构方面仍与世界发达国家相比仍然有较大的差距。本文通过调查研究,对哈佛大学、牛津大学以及我国高校的行政管理架构进行了对比分析,提出了构建适应于我国高等教育发展的较为完整、精简、高效的行政管理架构的思路与方法。
英文摘要：
In the past decades,the administration system in Chinese universities has made positive progress by learning from experience in advanced countries.However,big gap is still found in terms of administration philosophy and structure.This article,first made contrastive analysis of administration structure of Harvard University,Oxford University,and Chinese universities and finally provided suggestion to build a systematic,streamlined and efficient administration structure.
