Tradable emission permits and tradable green certificates are two important ways to ease energy shortage and pollution. The interactions of the two markets are analyzed in the paper, and the results show that when emission permits price rises, so does the price of electricity, and the prices of green certificates and green electricity go down, which means the producers of green electricity loss while emission permits price goes up .
