目前,国际上关于排污权交易理论方面的研究文献很多,但值得注意的一个重要的问题是,除了Hahn等环境经济学家外,大多数学者在排污权交易理论研究和实践问题的讨论中,几乎忽略了排污权交易对市场结构的影响问题。构造了一个基于排污权交易的一般均衡模型,并分析了厂商生产同质产品时,排污权市场上市场领导厂商的行为对于产品市场结构的影响。

Lots of literature focuses on the theory of emission permit trading,while the effect of permit trading on product market structure has almost been ignored except a few environmental economists such as Hahn.We construct a general equilibrium model to study the effects of leading farm＇s action in emission permit market on product market,where all firms product the same products.
