试验以16份辣椒种质为材料,对其12个植株和果实性状进行相关性及因子分析。相关性分析结果表明:果长、果宽、果柄长、胎座剖面横径、果肉厚、单果质量相互之间存在显著或极显著正相关:始花节位与株高呈显著正相关;植株开展度-2与果宽、胎座剖面横径、果肉厚、单果质量之间呈显著负相关。因子分析结果表明:12个性状可以缩减为4个公因子,累计方差贡献率达92.435%;采用方差最大正交旋转法进行因子旋转,按各变量载荷值的大小将4个公因子分别命名为果实性状、植株开展度、叶片和熟性因子。在辣椒育种中,可以按照育种目标对上述公因子或其分量进行单独选择。
The correlation and factor analyses of 12 plant and fruit traits were conducted in this study for 16 different materials of hot pepper. The results of correlation analyses showed that there was a significantly or highly significantly positive correlation between any two traits of fruit length, fruit width, carpopodium length, width of placenta section, fruit-wall thickness, and weight of single fruit; the first flower node had significantly positive correlation with plant height; and the fruit width, width of placenta section, fruit-wall thickness and weight of single fruit had significantly negative correlation with plant canopy-2. In addition, the results of factor analysis indicated that four common factors(CFs) were obtained from 12 tested traits, and factor rotation was made by variance biggest orthogonal rotation method, and their cumulative variance contributive percentage was up to 92.435%, and those CFs were named fruit trait, plant canopy, leaf and maturity factors respectively. The CFs or their subcomponents could be selected independently to improve selective efficiency and objective pertinency for different breeding target.
