英文摘要：

Objective：To investigate the effects of Taohong Siwu pills on the survival of thick split-thickness skin autografts at three time points after transplantation in rabbits.Methods：Sixty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into treatment group and control group to receive skin autograft transplantation.The treatment group was given Taohong Siwu pills.Immunohistochemical assay was used to observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in skin autograts at 5,8,and 14 days after operation.Results：Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly higher integrated optical densities（IODs） of VEGF at 5,8,and 14 days after operation（P〈0.05）;the IOD reached the peak level at 14 days in both groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Taohong Siwu pills can promote the expression of VEGF in thick split-thickness skin autograft after transplantation in rabbits,with the most marked effect at 14 days after operation.
