英文摘要：

Objective To analyze the indexes to monitor emergency medical treatment quality in Shanghai, and explore the medical treatment quality monitoring index system. Methods Indexes were screened according to the relevant laws and regulations and normative documents, and defined by brain storm. Then all the health supervision institutions and parts of medical institutions in Shanghai were surveyed with questionnaires. Results Consensus to the monitoring indexes of emergency medical treatment qual- ity was reached in health supervision institutions and medical institutions. These indexes can be used to evaluate the daily emer- gency medical treatment quality, and improve it. Conclusion The application of emergency medical treatment quality monitoring in- dexes is helpful to improve the quality of emergency medical treatment for medical institutions in Shanghai. And these indexes can be used to evaluate the emergency medical treatment quality by health supervision institutions.
