高新技术产业已成为当代经济增长的核心。设计有效的激励机制,提高原创性高新技术产业的创新绩效,已成为刻不容缓的重要课题。从原始创新、高新技术产业绩效评价、高新技术产业激励三个方面对原创性高新技术产业绩效激励的研究成果进行概括,找出影响原创性高新技术产业创新绩效管理的关键因素,可以设计有效提高原创性高新技术产业创新绩效的模型,为政府和企业提升我国高新技术产业核心竞争力的决策提供参考。
英文摘要：
High-tech industry has become the core of modern economic growth,and designing an effective incentive mechanism to promote performance in high-tech industry of originality has become an urgent issue.This article summarizes the results of relevant studies on the original high-tech industry performance incentives from three perspectives：the original innovation,high-tech industry performance evaluation,and high-tech industry incentives.The paper also points out the progress and limitations in the present research and proposes a direction for further study.
