This paper analyzes the causes of infringement behaviors in the technology alliance from two aspects：asymmetric information,lack of credit.The paper also analyzes the key factors affecting infringement behaviors in the technology alliance by a game model as follows：the cost to declare protection of intellectual property rights,compensation loss of infringement,the costs and benefits of independent innovation.And finally,the paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to guard against infringement behaviors in the technology alliance.
