在回顾相关领域文献的基础上对技术联盟稳定性的内涵进行了分析和界定,并结合技术联盟的特殊本质和企业技术知识基础的动态演变过程,尝试对技术联盟的稳定性做出具体定义。在此基础上进一步结合技术联盟建立的目的和动因,讨论了三种类型（知识整合型、知识获取型、知识创造型）技术联盟稳定性的表现,并针对各自特点给出了维持技术联盟稳定的一些建议。
英文摘要：
Based on reviewing the literatures in related fields,this paper analyzed and defined the content of stability,combined with the special nature of technology alliances and the dynamic evolution process of firm＇s technological knowledge base,trying to give the stability of the technology alliance a specific definition.Further,integrating the purpose and motivation of the establishment of technology alliance,it discuss the performance of the stability of three types （knowledge-integration,knowledge-acquisition,knowledge-creation） technology alliance,and give some suggestions for maintaining stability of technology alliances according to the characteristics of each type.
