为了避免“边缘效应”的影响,根据Lundberg方程和三维有限长弹性接触问题的数值方法,开发出考虑越程糟时对数型修形滚子设计的可视化计算软件,并且将该软件应用于汽车十字轴总成节叉轴承的滚子设计中。结果表明,利用该软件设计出的滚子与滚道之间的接触应力不会出现“边缘效应”,也不会出现应力集中,从而提高了轴承的疲劳寿命。
To avoid "edge effects" ,based on the Lundberg's equation and the numerical calculation of three-dimensional elastic contact problems of finite length,developed the visual calculation software that calculated the crown drop of cylindrical roller bearings and applied for design roller bearings on cross univesal driveshaft. The results show that has made possible to profile the cylindrical roller bearings axially until the longitudinal pressure distribution is neither "edge effects" nor high-pressure concentration at the center part of contacts. As a result the fatigue life of the cylindrical roller bearings has been improved.
