Combining the concepts of cellular automata with competitive decision algorithm,a cellular competitive decision algorithmfor multi-objectives 0-1 programming problem was presented.The algorithm was then used to solve many instances of multi-objectives 0-1 programming and the computational results show it can improve effectively the diversity and distribution of Pareto optimal set.
