如何在相对开放的知识共享环境中避免本企业核心知识的流失,是敏捷供应链成员企业面临的另一个学习困境。在对影响敏捷供应链绩效的两类因素,即敏捷供应链关系资本这一社会心理因素和敏捷供应链的结构性因素分析的基础上,定性分析了影响敏捷供应链企业核心知识流失的因素,提出规避核心知识流失的策略。

How to avoid the loss of core knowledge of enterprise in the open environment for knowledge-sharing, is another problem faced by members of agile supply chain. In this paper, based on the analysis of two factors,such as social psychological factors, which means relational capital of agile supply chain, and structural factors of agile supply chain, this paper has qualitatively analyzed the influence factors on the loss of core knowledge in agile supply chain and its avoiding strategies.
