中药临床应用日益广泛,与华法林合用增多,中药可能通过影响华法林与血浆蛋白的结合、影响CYP450酶的活性、影响转运体作用干扰华法林代谢而影响抗凝效果;中药本身具有抗凝或抗血小板聚集作用与华法林合用产生协同作用而增强抗凝效果。本文总结近年来影响华法林抗凝作用的中药及可能机制,为临床合理用药提供参考。
英文摘要：
With the widely clinical application and the increasing combination with warfarin,Chinese Herb interfere with warfarin metabolism to affect anticoagulation by influening the combination of warfarin and plasma protein,cytochrome P450（ CYP450） enzyme activity and transporter function,or anticoagulation or antiplateletion itself can enhance warfarin anticoagulation. This article summarizes recent articals of Chinese herb affect warfarin anticoagulation and the possible mechanism to provide reference for rational clinical drug use.
