随着现代诊断技术的不断提高,心脏X综合征引起越来越多的关注,临床报道日益增多,对其发病机制的认识不断深入,治疗手段也日渐丰富,现代医学主要承袭冠心病用药及雌激素替代治疗,效果不甚令人满意。而中医药广泛应用于心脏X综合征的治疗,以中医基础理论为指导,从整体观念和辨证论治出发,在改善患者症状及生活质量方面显示出独特的临床优势。
英文摘要：
With the development of modem diagnostic technology, an increasing number of clinical papers on cardiac syndrome X showed that the pathogenesis on the disease has been further understood and the treatment to the disease are being enriched. Modern medicine mainly inherited coronary heart disease medication and estrogen replacement therapy, however the effect is not very satisfactory. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is widely used for the disease,which is guided by the basic theory of Chinese medicine, started from the holistie concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and has unique clinical advantages in improving the symptoms and quality of life of the patients.
