以欧洲甜樱桃‘红灯’为试材,研究了5、10、15mg/L的GA3在初花后10、20、30d两因素随机组合对甜樱桃果实单果重、可溶性固形物、糖、酸及成熟期的影响。结果表明:10mg/LGA3在花后10d、20d喷施2次单果重比对照增大0.80g,可溶性固形物比对照提高2.13%,糖含量比对照提高1.01g/100g,酸含量比对照降低0.114g/100g。对照成熟期持续13d左右;GA3处理成熟期持续6d左右,成熟期集中在花后54-57d,80%左右的果实集中在2-3d成熟,采收期集中在3-4d。
The sweet cherry eultivar, ‘Hongdeng'trees were selected as the materials sprayed with 5 mg/L,10 mg/L, I5 mg/L of GA3 solutions at 10,20,30 days after first bloom. Their influence on the single fruit weight, soluble solid content (SSC), sugar and acid content of fruit at harvest were examined. The results showed that under the treatment of 10 mg/L of GA3 at 10 and 20 days after first bloom, the single fruit weight, SSC and sugar content increased by 0.80 g, 2.31% and 1.01 g/100g, respectively, but the acid content decreased 0. 114/100g. The mature period of control contin- lied about 15 days, but under the treatment of GA3 the mature period was 6 days and it was mainly 54-57 days after blooming. 80% fruits ripened at 2-3 days; Harvest time focused on 3-4 days.
