In view of the background demand of cultivating application-oriented talents in universities, and the disadvantages of traditional paper voting methods,the paper designs and develops a voting system of B/S mode. The application of Spring,Spring MVC,Mybatis and other technologies in voting management,user management and other modules has greatly improved work efficiency. After the test analysis,the human computer interaction is good.
