In undergraduate education,teaching on Basic Computer is fundamental,universal and practical,the same as teachings on mathematics and foreign languages.This paper mainly discusses the contingency strategies to cope with the new situation of Basic Computer Teaching and puts them into practice.It is proved in practice that these policies can improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning,and have high practical value.
