Participating Teaching Method （PTM） is a relatively new teaching method. It can mobilize the learning enthusiasm and initiative of the learners, cultivate the learners＂ ability, finally promote the benign interaction of teaching and learning, especially ＂Labor and Employment Imitational Experment＂. Combining with the course char- acteristics of ＂l~hor and Employment Imitational Experment＂, the paper analyzes the application of Participating Teaching Method in the teaching of ＂Labor and Employment Imitational Experment＂ respectively from the process of pre-experiment, experiment and post-experiment, Finally summarizes the effect of Participating Teaching Method as well as the problems reflected.
