针对空间光学成像探测系统的口径越来越大,在加工中容易产生局部缺陷的问题,分析了局部缺陷分布位置对于光学系统的影响。基于成像光学系统的调制传递函数给出了缺陷位置分布对空间频率的影响的理论分析。利用Zemax和Matlab软件对一个实际缺陷的调制传递函数特性进行了仿真研究,结果表明:在光学系统中有效避免了局部缺陷对高频的不利影响,可使截止频率提高5%。
The aperture of optical imaging detecting system is larger and larger, so local defects is more likely to occur during the optical manufacturing. Influence of position of local defects distribution on the optical system is analyzed. Modulation transfer function (MTF)based on imaging optical system, the effect of the position distribution of defects on spacial frequency is analyzed theoretically. The property of MTF influence of a real defect is analyzed by Zemax and Matlab. Results indicate that the adverse effect of defects on high frequency is avoided, the cut off frequency is increased 5 %.
