武术是我国的一个传统体育项目，有着丰富的文化内涵，是中华民族传统文化瑰宝。武术文化在我国素质教育实施过程中具有重要的作用，当前我国高校武术文化教育实效性相对较低，学生厌学情绪严重。为提高高校武术文化教育的质量和效率，提出要将学生个性发展融入到武术文化教育中；在教学过程中构建以学生为本的指导思想；培养一支高素质双师型武术文化教师队伍；通过多种教学方法开展教学活动等对策，以促进高校武术文化教育的健康可持续发展。

Wushu belongs to traditional sports of China,with rich cultural connotation,is the traditional culture treasure of Chinesenation.Wushu culture in our country quality education plays an important role in the process of implementation,the current ourcountry university Wushu culture education effectiveness is relatively low,students wearies it.In order to improve the quality andefficiency of Wushu culture education in colleges and universities,and puts forward proposals including the Wushu culture educationinto the student individuality development,in the teaching process to build with students as the guiding ideology,to cultivate ahigh-quality double type teachers of Wushu culture,through a variety of teaching methods to carry out teaching activities such ascountermeasures,so as to promote the sustainable development of Wushu culture education in colleges and universities.
