将太极拳引入大学体育课堂和课外活动中,引导大学生特别是他们中的体弱者积极参与其中,对他们改进柔韧度、肌力及肌耐力,畅通经络、血管、淋巴及循环系统,增加神经系统的灵敏性,减轻学业压力、焦虑等都有极大的好处。教师在教授太极拳过程中想方设法地使大学生对太极拳产生兴趣爱好,引导他们形成锻炼习惯并对练习太极拳的感受渐入佳境,有利于提升他们的身体形态、身体功能、身体素质以及力量指标和运动能力,并在此基础上培养他们对传统武术文化的兴趣和终身体育的思想意识,本文结合太极拳的内练呼吸法和外练的拳理技法来研究改善大学生体弱者的体质。
To introduce Taijiquan into university students' sports class and extracurricular activities, and guide university students,especially physically weak ones, to actively participate in it,greatly helps to improve their physique and alleviate their academic pressure and anxiety. In Taijiquan teaching, teachers should make efforts to improve their interest in Taijiquan, guide them to cultivate the habit of practicing Taijiquan, and on this basis, cultivate their interest in traditional Wushu culture and awareness of lifelong sports. Combined with the main points of Taijiquan, this paper studies the physique improvement of physically weak university students.
