建设世界一流大学和一流学科,对于提升我国教育发展水平具有重要意义。而要达到目的,就需要培养一流的师资队伍和学科带头人。该文从学科建设、科研水平、社会影响等方面分析了学科带头人在高等学科教育中的重要地位,针对如何加强高校学科带头人建设的问题提出了提早培育、择优选拔、“责权利”匹配、多管齐下的对策建议。

Building world-class universities and first-class disciplines, to enhance the level of education in China is of great significance, which requires the development of first-class teaching staff and academic leaders. This paper analyzes the important position of academic leaders in higher education from the aspects of discipline construction, scientific research level and social influence. In order to solve the problem of how to strengthen the construction of academic leaders in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of early cultivating, merit selection,responsibility-right-interest match and multi-prorated suggestions.
