Based on the data of the questionnaire, the paper makes a qualitative analysis on the comprehensive evaluation index of digital archives. By using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, through calculation, sorting and inspection on the target layer, criterion layer, index layer, and sub index layer, the paper constructs a relatively objective and comprehensive evaluation index system of digital archives.
