通阳利湿方联合雷火灸治疗神经根型颈椎病急性期的临床研究

目的:观察通阳利湿方治疗神经根型颈椎病急性期的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将140例神经根型颈椎病急性期患者随机分为对照组(70例,脱落3例)、治疗组(70例,脱落2例)。对照组予20%甘露醇静点5d,后改甘油果糖静点5d治疗;治疗组予通阳利湿方口服联合雷火灸10d治疗。采用神经根型颈椎病35分积分表评价其疗效及安全性。结果:2组在改善症状方面均有显著效果(P〈0.05),2组组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照组静脉炎发生率高而治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:通阳利湿方联合雷火灸可有效改善神经根型颈椎病急性期患者症状体征且无明显不良反应,其应用方便,有临床推广意义。

英文摘要:

To observe the curative effect and safety of Tongyang Lishui Formula in treating acute cervical spondy- lotic radiculopathy. Methods.. One hundred and forty cases of acute cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided in to con- trol group (70 cases with 3 drop-outs) and treatment group (70 cases with 2 drop-outs). Patients in control group were given intravenous drip of 20 % mannitol for the first 5 days and then glycerol fructose for another 5 days. Patients in treat- ment group were given oral administration of Tongyang Lishui Formula Combined with thunder-fire moxibustion for 10 days. The curative effect and safety were assessed. Results:Compared with before treatment, there were obvious improve- ments in both groups (P〈0.05). There was significant difference in curative effect between the two groups (P〈0. 05). There was high rate of phlebitis in control group while there were no obvious adverse reactions in treatment group. Concla- sion:Tongyang Lishui Formula combined with thunder-fire moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms and signs in patients with acute cervical spondylotic radiculopathy without obvious adverse reactions.
