目的 了解长沙地区临床医院输血现状,针对不同级别的临床医院和临床医生存在的问题加以改进,从而提高临床医院合理用血水平。方法 采用统一的无记名调查问卷的方式对2 000名临床医生进行现场问卷调查。结果 90%的医院临床医师迫切需求输血培训和输血新技术的推广和应用,90%的临床医生中希望由专家能参与会诊,78%的医生对内科输血指针掌握正确,60%的医生能准确掌握外科输血指针,约20%的医生不能正确评估输血疗效。8%-17%的医生在临床中错误应用冷沉淀治疗。结论 临床输血指针掌握内科医生优于外科医生,临床输血服务存在空白点和盲区,合理用血观念和技术水平有待提高。

英文摘要：

Objective To understand the current status of clinical blood use in Changsha area and improve the rational use of blood by solving the existing problems among different levels of hospitals and physicians. Methods A on - site questionnaire survey was given out to 2 000 physicians. Results Survey showed that 90% of physicians needed an urgent training on blood transfusion and application of new transfusion technology. 90% hoped that transfusion experts could participate in the eonsuhation. 78% could master the correct practice of transfusion. 60% could accurately grasp the practice of surgical blood transfusion. Approximately 20% could not correctly evaluate the therapeutic effect of transfusion, and 8% to 17% of doctors could not prescribe a correct cryoprecipitate treatment. Conclusion It is shown that intemal medicine physicians have a better command of transfusion knowledge and technology than surgeons. Blood transfusion still harbors many questions and blind spots. Meanwhile, the overall concept and technology on rational blood use shows need for improvement.
