针对微细电火花加工中常用的高频脉冲电源,引入集肤效应的概念,并用电磁场理论对其在微细电火花加工中的存在性加以证明.对集肤效应影响下的微细电火花加工过程进行了理论分析,总结了电场强度与电流密度的非均匀分布导致电火花放电点位置的变化规律,分析并实验研究了考虑集肤效应作用的工具电极的损耗形式,认为集肤效应导致的放电能量分布差异是微细电火花加工中微细电极损耗严重的又一重要原因.
Aiming at the high frequency pulse power supply commonly used in micro-EDM (electrical discharge machining),the skin-effect is introduced,and the existence of skin-effect for micro-EDM is demonstrated with electromagnetic field theory. Under the influence of skin-effect,the law of spark location change caused by non-uniform distribution of electric field intensity and current density is summarized based on the theoretical analysis of machining processes. The principle of tool wear is discussed and experimentally studied. It is considered that the distribution difference of discharge energy caused by the skin-effect is another important reason for severe electrode loss in micro-EDM.
