为了提高复值快速固定点独立分量分析算法的运算速度,提出一种改进的复值独立分量分析算法。该算法从复值快速固定点独立分量分析代价函数的非线性行函数选择入手,对具有很好稳健性的Tukey双权函数进行修正,将其作为复值独立分量分析的代价函数中的非线性函数,经过推导得到了改进的复值快速独立分量分析算法。该算法代价函数的迭代公式克服了原算法需要矩阵求逆的问题,因此减少了计算量,提高了运算速度。仿真实验结果证明:该算法相对原算法及其改进算法的运算速度更快,而且保持甚至部分提高了原算法的误差性能。
To improve operation speed of complex valued fast fixed point independent component analysis,an improved complex valued independent component analysis algorithm was proposed.The new algorithm,from the angle of cost function choice of complex valued fast fixed point independent component analysis,was deduced by modifying the Tukey biweight function and using it as nonlinear function of cost function.Its iterative formula of cost function overcame the problem that the original algorithm need be operation of inversing the matrix,so it reduced the calculated amount with improving operation speed.Simulation results demonstrate that the new algorithm has faster operation speed than the original and improved algorithm,with holding on the error performance,even more exceeding theirs.
